In the afternoon of June 23, 2017, the 28th floor of Cheung Kei building was full of laughter. Part of employees of Cheung Kei Group gathered here to celebrate the birthdays of the 24 staff of headquarters in a lively, happy and warm atmosphere. Deputy Director of Human Administrative Center Zhou Yang sliced the cake for birthday celebrants and sent sincere birthday wishes on behalf of the Group to make the staff feel the warmth and love from the family of Cheung Kei during their busy work to enhance the sense of belonging and cohesion of staff.

The birthday party is themed with "Phoenix flowers bloom..." and at the scene, flowers, colorful balloons created a romantic atmosphere. Walk into the 28th floor, a beautifully designed signing wall came up. Staff handed in the sign pen and small cards and everyone wrote a good wish affixed to the wishing wall, which give them a full experience of red carpet walking just like a star. Along the red carpet into the main venue, it can be seen that the venue was decorated by countless colorful balloons and delicate flowers, just like the world in the fairy tale.

The moderator first introduced each of the birthday celebrants and sent them the customized birthday cards and caps made by the company. Each card is full of good wishes from colleagues. A PPT is played and it is made by the Human Administration Center in accordance with the characteristics of each birthday celebrants so that seldom contacted colleagues have the chance to know each other.

Later in the game, the audience was divided into five groups to compete with each other. The two games of "Love to remember the lyrics" and “fashion design show" immediately made the audiences enthusiastic. Interesting games made everyone actively involved and brainstorm for their team. After the two games ended, the second and fourth groups won the two games respectively, and each team member received a fine gift from the company. The process of cooperation and mutual benefit enhances the spirit of unity and fully embodies the strength of the team.

It is created from the perspective of Cheung Kei’s staff, based on the theme of important events in life such as employment, marriage and having children, and paint a series of scenes that Cheung Kei people familiar with through the magic sand in the painter's hands. With the background of the right music, it moved everyone and the happy atmosphere changed into a warm one. As an “old Cheung Kei People”, Assistant to Manager of Human Resources Administrative Center Wang Jianhui, was deeply impressed by it and shared his feelings and interesting experiences when he first came to Shenzhen and employed by Cheung Kei.
