On December 21, 2018, amidst the festive season of Christmas, two Santa Clauses made a special appearance at Cheung Kei's headquarters in Shenzhen, distributing Christmas presents to all the employees under the various business divisions. At the same time, the employees' birthday party for the last quarter of the year was also underway. Cheung Kei Group's Executive Vice Chairperson Chen Xiaoxia, the supervisors and representatives of several business divisions, and 35 employees celebrating their birthdays came together for a jolly good time celebrating their birthday and Christmas at once. This lively Christmas atmosphere was conjured and presented by the staff from the Human Resources & Administration Department. Employees who attended the gathering also dressed for the occasion and had each selected a Christmas headband that matched their looks. A variety of exquisite and adorable Christmas snacks and desserts also attracted everyone's attention, as the partygoers whipped out their phones to snap a few pictures, and then picked their desired snack to taste. The sounds of laughter reverberated around the room, as everyone had a cheery good time together.

Two new colleagues who have recently joined the company were the hosts of the birthday party, and their humorous opening had stirred everyone with great expectations for the gathering. The hosts led an amusing game of "Guess Who", as they came up with humorous descriptions as all the participants turned their attention to the big screen, making attempts to guess which of their fellow colleagues' are appearing on the childhood pictures on the screen. After the game, the company then presented beautiful gifts to the employees who were celebrating their birthdays, and the company's concern and affection for the staff were much to their surprise and astonishment.

The Christmas gift exchange segment of the birthday party came on as everyone was enjoying his or her cakes. It was a mysterious segment filled with surprising elements, as everyone began imagining the person who would receive their gift from the lucky draw, and the person whose gift they would pick; it was a process that was both thrilling and high anticipated. Before the birthday gathering began, all the participants of the party had labeled the gift they had brought with a unique number, and the numbers were drawn during the lucky draw. Executive Vice Chairperson Chen Xiaoxia got the ball rolling and selected the first number from the lot, the colleague with the number she had picked then stepped forward to present the gift they had prepared, and in turn, they then selected another number from the remaining lot to receive a gift from the next colleague, and the cycle continued until everyone has received a gift. During the game, the host would request the participants to open their gifts at random, and the colleague who prepared it would give a brief description of the significance of the gift. It was a fun process that takes the mystery out of the equation, and that allows everyone to appreciate the efforts that were made by their colleagues in the preparation of the gift.

The next activity segment was the "Pass the Christmas Tree" game. Participants are to pass around a small Christmas tree as the drum rolls, and when the drums stop, the lucky person holding onto the Christmas tree would have to choose between giving a short performance or accepting one of the three challengers: tasting an extremely sour slice of lemon, a bitter cup of bitter gourd juice, or a biscuit spread with wasabi. During the game, several of the "lucky fellows" decided to go ahead with the challenge to their taste buds, and their reactions were met with wild applause for their bravery from their colleagues.
