Cheung Kei's Vacation in Phuket — Cheung Kei Group 2018 Employee Vacation and Second-Quarter Birthday Party

Employee vacation is a traditional benefit offered by Cheung Kei Group. Over the past few years, the Group has taken employees all over the world, including Lijiang, Jiuzhaigou, Zhangjiajie, Singapore and Bali. In June 2018, the employees embarked their journey to Phuket. The outstanding team and employees of the year flied to the holiday destination Phuket, known as "The pearl of the Andaman", to discover the beauty of the sea, urban and cultural landscape and cuisine of Southeast Asia. They also hosted the "Second-quarter Birthday Party" for their birthday buddies during the vacation.

Enjoy the Sea on A Boat to See Bizarre Stones

At 16:50 on June 16, 2018, a plane carrying Cheung Kei Group's employees took off from Shenzhen. The vastness of the Indian Ocean with islands scattered around could be seen from the sky. Such a spectacular view amazed everyone. The plane arrived the Phuket International Airport at sunset about two hours after take off.

The next day early morning, the buddies headed to Phang Nga Bay in the drizzle. Hopping on a long-tail boat, the group rode through the mangroves along the Andaman coast. As the wind was blowing off, the captain made a lateral drift of the boat for genuine excitement and thrill. After lunching at a 200-year-old Muslim village, the group went to James Bond Island, famous from the Bond movie Man with a Golden Gun.

James Bond Island is a 20-meter high bizarre limestone rock erected straight out of the emerald-green water with breathtaking caverns and large stretches of mangroves. When the buddies were on an inflatable boat along the Cutthroat Island, they were having a blast as they soaked up the view and trained themselves at the same time.

Experience Thai culture with gourmet

After James Bond Island, the buddies came to alocal restaurant, decorated with Thai Buddhist culture elements, such as muralpaintings, carved wooden elephants and vintage old photos. Such decoration highlighted local delicacies and dining culture and the buddies tucked into the delicious Thai cuisine.

Phuket has a glittering and thriving nightlife with dozens of bars and pubs. Simon Star Show, a must-see activity, mesmerized the buddies with an amazing musical show combined with spectacular effects and exceptionally talented performers. The show also offered an opportunity for everyone to understand the diversity and harmony of Thai culture.

On the third day early morning, the buddies travelled to Coral Island. They took selfie, went surfing, collected shells and went on a banana boat.Everyone had a lot of fun in clear water and enjoyed the beach life. After the exciting yet exhausting water sports, the buddies had Thai oil massages with warm oil pouring over their bodies. The soothing treatments delivered by the hands of skilled the rapists recharged everyone and helped them get rid of tiredness.

Memorable Birthday Party in Phuket with Wishes

The second quarter Cheung Kei Group employee birthday party was also held during the trip. Human Resources Administration Department of the Group ordered the most extravagant birthday cake for the party. Everyone sang birthday song and sent their wishes in Thai to the birthday buddies, who blew out candles and made wishes. Everyone smiled from ear to ear and had a wonderful and unforgettable night.

Phuket, an exotic place with a wide variety of races and religions, offers a taste of a laidback lifestyle to the buddies. On the last day, they went to different streets of Phuket to interact with the locals to experience their hospitality and sincerity. The Phuket trip ended on a sentimental note.
