Cheung Kei celebrates the Q3 birthday party

Upon the arrival of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Cheung Kei celebrated the quarter 3 birthday party themed on “Happy Festival, Full Moon” on Sept. 29, 2017 on floor 28 of Cheung Kei Building. There were 34 persons ready for celebrating their birthdays, including vice president Chen Xiaoxia. They spent a happy time with colleagues who came to join the party. The party gathered them together to celebrate the occasion. Good wishes, laughter and cheers long lingered around.

Exquisitely decorated site

On the afternoon, HR & Administration colleagues began to decorate the site by bringing together these light blue, pink bouquets to add some festive touch to the site; a rich choice of drinks, refreshments and fruits were offered; flowers were arranged on the table to make the scene more elegant, exquisite and warmer. There is a warm-up for the party: those who arrive earlier are encouraged to solve the lantern riddles. The winner would take the lantern as prize.

The hostess Liu Mei offered a wonderful opening remark that gave a spirited start to the party. The first game, “Enjoy the Moon & DIY”, was so wonderful and intriguing that it instantly motivated and impressed everyone present and enlivened the site atmosphere. Participators were divided into five groups for DIY mooncake competition in a limited time. The elected best team would be awarded exquisite gifts.

“Who’s girl is in her prime age? Natural beauty is most charming. Sweet and quiet, she has the smile that beats the flowers.” The hostess Liu Mei read it out and invited people to take a guess at who this birthday person is based on this poem and an edited picture. The HR & Administration colleague Zhang Huadong carefully designed a poem for every birthday person, allowing the audience to remove their mysterious veils while enjoying the poem. One of the colleagues said this is a very interesting part that managed to create a proper atmosphere.

Work together to “build dream”

Next, during the “eye to eye” and “build dream” parts, the five groups showed active performance. One member drew, the others taking the guess, cultivating effective team communication. Spaghetti and cotton candy were used to build architectural model to train the team’s ability of cooperating and innovating. Participators were fully enjoying themselves from the reflecting, acting to cooperating and contesting processes.

Vice President Chen Xiaoxia sent her best wishes on behalf of the company. She lit the candles, sang the happy birthday song together with everyone and made her wishes. Happy smile was captured on all people's faces. This is a precious moment recorded during pleasant atmosphere and sincere blessing.

Then, they began to enjoy the cake while talking about work or chatting, as the Q3 birthday party was coming a close.
