On 27 September, 2020, Dr. Chen Hongtian, a member of the CPPCC National Committee, a Justice of the Peace appointed by the HKSAR, Chairman of Harmony Club and Chairman of Cheung Kei Group, met with Party Secretary and Chairman of Wuliangye Group along with other entrepreneurs from Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The event was heldat KK100.

Dr. Chen Hongtian and Chairman Li Shuguang delivered speeches at the event respectively. Dr. Chen Hongtian gave a warm welcome to Chairman Li Shuguang and the other guests, he introduced Wuliangye as a renowned liquor from China, with the group's annual sales exceeding 100 billion yuan. In 2019, Wuliangye Group formed a strategic cooperation with HeungKong Group, which is owned by Harmony Club Executive Vice Chairman Liu Zhiqiang. Dr. Chen also added that the businesses part of Harmony Club are all benchmarks in their respective sectors, and he looked forward to more collaborations between the Club and Wuliangye Group.

Chairman LiShuguang said he was very delighted to meet with the entrepreneurs on the special occasion of National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival. The iconic image of Wuliangye is the collective memory of several generations in China, and their recent product "Classic Wuliangye" will once again bring consumers great satisfaction, with even higher quality and better image. Mr. Li looked forward to more collaboration and meaningful exchanges between Harmony Club and his company too, as the merits of the businesses can come together to reap better results.

A tasting event entitled "Tasting History with Harmony: Beijing's Fine Brand Wuliangye" was conducted at the business symposium for "Classic Wuliangye", a brand new product from Wuliangye Group. Zhao Dongxiang, brewmaster and Deputy General Manager of Wuliangye, explained the product and design features of Classic Wuliangye in detail. The plum-shaped bottle of Classic Wuliangye is the hallmark of classical aesthetics, the glass is crystal clear, and the design is intricate. The taste of the liquor accentuates the spirit of Wuliangye even more, with a sense of balance in the flavour profile.
