Dr. Chen Hongtian & Other Renowned Entrepreneurs Discuss the Development of the Greater Bay Area

On June 4, 2021, Dr. Chen Hongtian, a member of the CPPCC National Committee, a Justice of the Peace appointed by the HKSAR, Chairman of Harmony Club, and Chairman of Cheung Kei Group attended the "Harmony Focus on Greater China: Discussion on the Development of the Greater Bay Area" event jointly organised by Harmony Club, Greater China International Group, Shenzhen National Resources Group and Maoye International Holdings, held in Sheraton Hotel. At the meeting, Dr. Chen Hongtian and over 30 renowned entrepreneurs from the Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area, including Chairman Huang Shizai of Greater China International Group, Chairman Huang Maozhan of Shenzhen National Resources Group, and Chairman Huang Maoru of Maoye International Holdings, shared their insights and suggestions on the development of the Bay Area at the event.

Dr. Chen Hongtian and other entrepreneurs said, "This year marks the start of China's 14th Five-Year Plan (14th FYP), and the country has entered a new phase in the building of a comprehensive modern socialist country. We are now in a critical period to achieve great heights and rejuvenate the Chinese nation. As businesses in the Greater Bay Area, we serve as the backbone of the development, and so we should fully understand the strategic goals of the Party and the State on the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. We should take the initiative to integrate into the new strategies of the country, offer our suggestions and expertise, boost the innovation standards of our businesses continuously, achieve high-quality development, and contribute to the development and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area."
