On January 5, 2018, the 2017 Year-end Work Report Meeting of Cheung Kei Group was held in a conference room on the 27th floor of Cheung Kei Building. Executive Vice President Chen Xiaoxia, Vice President Chen Pengyu, Vice President Deng Tao, the heads of Planning and Development Center, Legal Supervision Center, Cost Management Center, Engineering Management Center, Design Management Center, Investment Development Center, Business Management Marketing Center, Operations Management Center, Brand Center, HR Administration Center, Funds Management Center and Financial Management Center, professional managers and the heads of the Zhuhai Company, the Property Management Company and other subsidiaries attended the meeting.

The Work Report Meeting

The meeting was hosted by Zhou Yang, Deputy Director of the HR Administration Center. At the meeting, the center heads, professional managers and the heads of subsidiaries reported on their work one by one. The meeting was mainly focused on five aspects. First, the report on work and performance in 2017; second, the work weaknesses and the improvement plan; third, the main work plan for 2018; fourth, the support or resources in need; and fifth, the suggestions for the development of the Group or the centers. In summary, the meeting summarized the priorities and completion of each center's work in 2017, analyzed weaknesses, problems and the causes, and formulated the main work plans and measures for 2018 of each center.

During the reporting process, each staff prepared a detailed PPT report and made the participants clearly understand the specific work and achievements of each center in 2017 and the objectives and work arrangement for 2018 through data descriptions, graphic presentations and other methods.

After listening to the work report, Executive Vice President Chen Xiaoxia highly recognized this meeting. She commented on the work performance of each center and subsidiary in 2017, highly recognized the achievements and made an in-depth analysis of the management deficiencies. In addition, she put forward high expectations and requirements on the main work in 2018 of each center and subsidiary, and gave fair advice so that the centers and subsidiaries can better determine the focus and direction of their work in 2018.

Executive Vice President Chen Xiaoxia said that the heads all centers need to further improve the management level, strengthen the internal management standardization and clarify the internal division of labor and responsibilities so as to better lead the team. The Group will also adhere to the talent strategy of external introduction and internal cultivation so as to build stable and capable backbone teams. She also hoped that everyone will work together in 2018 to do a better job.

Then Vice President Chen Pengyu focused on the Funds Management Center and the Financial Management Center, commented on their work performance in 2017 and raised new requirements for their work in 2018.

After five hours, the work report meeting was successfully concluded. The success of this meeting enabled each center to fully understand their individual weaknesses and the progress of other centers. This meeting promoted the cooperation between the centers and strengthened teamwork effectiveness, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the Group's work in 2018.

In 2017, under the leadership of Chairman Dr. Chen Hongtian, all the members of the Group worked hard and made satisfying achievements. Looking aheadto 2018, we will stick to our ideals and continue to march forward. The centers and subsidiaries will work proactively, give full play to their strengths and work hand in hand to achieve better results.
