On February 9, 2018, the 2018 New Year Party of Cheung Kei Group with the theme of "Walk Hand in Hand and Create a Miracle Together" was successfully held at the InterContinental Hotel in Shenzhen. Cheung Kei Group's Chairman Dr. Chen Hongtian, Vice President Chen Xiaoxia and Vice President Chen Pengyu attended the party and gathered together with employee representatives from the Group's Shenzhen Headquarters, Hong Kong Headquarters, Zhuhai Company, Heyuan Company, Shanghai Company and Property Management Company to celebrate the New Year.

The New Year Party kicked off with the singing of the Happy Chinese Year song. The "lucky doll" held a large gold ingot, taking out small gifts and red envelopes like magic and giving them to the audience. The party atmosphere became very lively.

First of all, Chairman Dr. Chen Hongtian got on the stage to give New Year greetings and proposed a toast. He expressed gratitude and recognition to the employees of Cheung Kei Group for their hard work and achievements in 2017. He also encouraged everyone to continue to march towards higher goals and gave best New Year wishes.

Then a video called the "Warm Memories of 2017" that was well prepared by the HR Administration Center was played at the party. The video reviewed everyone's experiences over the past year such as the professional and rigorous acquisition negotiations, the joyous moments of the birthday party and the beautiful views enjoyed during the group travel. How time flies! Let us recollect the past. Those good memories in the past year just come back to us.

Chairman Chen Hongtian delivers a speech and proposes a toast

Cheung Kei Group has gathered talents from everywhere. The versatile employees enjoyed themselves and showed their talent on stage. Zhang Huadong from the HR Administration Center wrote about his work experience in Cheung Kei Group into his original poem "Cheung Kei - to the tune of Chin Yuan Chun". He Yang (Deputy Director of the Legal Supervision Center) read out this poem and shared it with the audience. “Having been gifted by God, Cheung Kei was created, adding lustre to China; looking at the City of Pengcheng, you see stars shining; in and out of Shenzhen Bay, the only one shining brightest..." The majestic verses were read by Deputy Director He Yang in a voice which resonated with and touched all the audience.

In the following session, two representatives who won the Outstanding Employee Awards shared their insights on their work in Cheung Kei. Tian Lei from the Design Management Center spent seven years at Cheung Kei Group, witnessing the Group's development goals achieved again and again. She expressed that she was proud of achieving progress together with the Group. As the Secretary of Executive Vice President Chen Xiaoxia, Guo Huijuan from the Operations Management Center assists in handling miscellaneous tasks. She shared her work experience and thanked the Group for giving her praise and opportunities to learn and grow. Two representatives of the Outstanding Employee Award winners shared their feelings and won everyone's resonance and applause. Then the dinner party officially began. Everyone enjoyed delicious wine and excellent food, and gave each other best wishes.

In addition, the party specially set up an award-winning quiz session. Questions related to the important milestones of the Group in 2017 and corporate culture appeared on the big screen. The audience did not wait for the host to read the questions and raised their hands to answer. The lively atmosphere pushed the party to a small climax. Each question was also a review of the corporate culture. This quiz session imperceptibly carried out another corporate culture advocacy for employees.
