On March 22, 2021, Lin Guozhen, Chairman of the Shenzhen New Retail Industry Interconnection Association and fellow business delegates visited Dr. Chen Hongtian, a member of the CPPCC National Committee, a Justice of the Peace appointed by the HKSAR, Chairman of Harmony Club, and Chairman of Cheung Kei Group; and Wan Jie, Vice Chairman of Harmony Club, member of the CPPCC, Chairman of Artron Culture Group at the Harmony Club Building for a discussion.

At the meeting, Dr. Chen Hongtian and Vice-Chairman Wan Jie shared their views on the spirit of the National People's Congress and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference with President Lin Guozheng and his delegation.

Dr. Chen Hongtian reiterated that this year's National People's Congress once again emphasized the importance and role of the non-public sector of the economy and the state's support for them. This year marks the opening year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, and the outline of the plan has just been published. Dr. Chen hoped that the business leaders present during the meeting would work hard, focus on the country's economic development goals, and tap into the opportunities that come along with the country and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's development, operate a good business and make more contributions to the society.

President Lin Guozhen expressed his gratitude to Dr. Chen Hongtian for his warm reception and expressed his hope to learn more from fellow business leaders in Harmony Club.
