In August 2019, Sun Life Financial Hong Kong Limited officially moved into the Hong Kong Cheung Kei Center to commence on the renovation works for its new headquarters in Hong Kong, becoming the largest tenant of the building. Renovation works for the office is set to be completed by the end of the year.
