Cheung Kei Group purchased the super class sea view office in Hung Hom, Hong Kong with HK$4.5 billion

At 5pm, July 6, 2016, Cheung Kei Holding Limited ("Cheung Kei Group") signed a property sale contract with Wheelock in Hong Kong. The signing ceremony was completed on July 17, and Cheung Kei Group spent HK$4.5 billion to purchase the entire super class office property at No.18, Hung Luen Road, Hung Hom Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The property with a construction area of about 25,000 square meters and 155 underground parking places, will be permanently named "Cheung Kei Center", as the Hong Kong headquarters of Cheung Kei Group.

"Cheung Kei Center" is well located that it is adjacent to the five-star hotel, residential places and seafront promenade and avenue of stars which connects Tsim Sha Tsui. It is completed on June 30, 2016. In addition to some of their own use, the other are used for external rental with the estimated monthly rental income of about RMB20 million. This is another long-term self-sustaining quality property under the name of Cheung Kei Group.
