On December 16, 2016, the inauguration ceremony and handover ceremony of Cheung Kei Center was held at No.18, Hung Luen Road, Hung Hom, Hong Kong. Nearly 40 people attended the event including the Chairman of the Board of Cheung Kei Group Dr. Chen Hongtian, Vice President Mr. Chen Pengyu, Vice President Ms. Chen Xiaoxia and senior executives of the Group, Chairman of Wheelock Properties Liang Zhijian and senior executives and senior management of Savills.

At the event, Vice President of Cheung Kei Group Mr. Chen Pengyu expressed thanks to Wheelock Properties, Savills and other partners for their long-term support and help to Cheung Kei Group. Cheung Kei Group is confident in Hong Kong's economy, and it will take Cheung Kei Center as its headquarters and will hold high quality property in the long run. He hoped that further exchanges can be made to maintain close cooperation and promote a win-win situation among all sides in the future.

Chairman of Wheelock Properties Mr. Liang Zhijian said Cheung Kei Group had a high level of insight and invested in a quality property that was highly investment-worthy. The move will help to further strengthen Hong Kong's position as an international financial and commercial center. He congratulates the successful handover of Cheung Kei center and hopes the two sides can continue in-depth cooperation and seek common development.

In July this year, Cheung Kei Group bought the east block of Wheelock Hung Hom building in Hong Kong and renamed it "Cheung Kei Center".
