On 22 July, 2019, Dr. Chen Hongtian, a CPPCC National Committee member, a Justice of the Peace appointed by the Hong Kong SAR, and Cheung Kei Group's Chairman and fellow business leaders from Shenzhen and Hong Kong visited the Hong Kong Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group. A symposium with Jiang Zaizhong, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, President of Hong Kong Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group Limited & Chairman of the Future Star Federation Of Student was conducted, and topics on future cooperation, joint-organization of Hong Kong youth exchange programmes were discussed.

Dr. Chen Hongtian praised the Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group for its passionate endeavours to promote various youth programmes, and he acknowledged the Future Star Federation Of Student's efforts to instil patriotism, Chinese identity, and a sense of responsibility for Hong Kong youths in the past ten years.

President Jiang Zaizhong introduced the history and overall development of Ta Kung Pao and Wen Wei Po to all the delegates in attendance. He also shared the current developments for events and initiatives kickstarted by the Future Star Federation Of Student and Fan Changjiang Action. Jiang commended Dr. Chen Hongtian on his philanthropy and support for the development of Hong Kong youths, including their education and career development, and awarded a certificate of acknowledgement to Dr. Chen Hongtian, to confer him the title as a Future Star Federation Of Student Honourary Chairman.
