Over the past two decades, Cheung Kei Group has rapidly developed into an internationalized investment holding group with the paradigm in value investment, commercial civilization and long-term holdings of diversified assets. As the Group enjoys enormous business suc-cess inside and outside China, its forward-looking management team timely prioritizes talent recruitment and nurturing. The Human Adminis-tration Department launched a 2018 Management Trainee Program, with an aim to nurture high-caliber talents in investment managementand asset operation for the Group's future strategies, and commenced a campus recruitment roadshow to Changsha and Wuhan at targetededucational institutions in September and October 2017 respectively.
On September 17, 2017, led by Zhou Yang, Vice President of Human Administration Department, Cheng Kei Group, a group of four officersfrom graduate recruitment team first came to Changsha, a place with top-tier colleges and universities. Campus talk and onsite recruitmentwere successively held in three key institutions -- Hunan University, Central South University and Hunan Normal University. After three roundsof competitive interviews conducted in six days, including screening, group discussions and structured interviews, 12 outstanding fresh gradu-ates out of 400 applicants were selected and signed indicative employment agreements with the Group.
On October 16, 2017, the team came to Wuhan, a cradle of talents. Recruitment was carried out at Wuhan University of Technology, ZhongnanUniversity of Economics and Law and Central China Normal University. Similarly, after an intense one- minute screening, group discussions, andstructured interviews, 13 outstanding fresh graduates signed indicative employment agreements with the Group.
After the roadshow to six key educational institutions in two major cities, Changsha and Wuhan, the campus recruitment completed successful-ly and achieved its goals with 23 talents recruited for the Group, consolidating a solid foundation for talent recruitment and nurturing.
Moving forward, the campus recruitment team will sign official employment agreements with the selected graduates, continue to enhancetraining and rotation program of 2018 Management Trainee in next year and ensure the success of the Management Trainee Program.
