On April 19, 2017, Vice Chairman of Nanshan District CPPCC Chen Shu'ai and Wang Shujia and other six people visited Cheung Kei Group Co., Ltd., got in-depth understanding of the work and working environment led by Ms. Chen Xiaoxia, CPPCC member of Nanshan District, Executive Vice President of Cheung Kei Group, to help the new members to better fulfill CPPCC members' role of political participation. The two sides held an exchange symposium and Executive Vice President Ms. Chen Xiaoxia put forward suggestions on Nanshan's economic and social development.

Executive Vice President Ms. Chen Xiaoxia firstly led Vice Chairman Chen Shu'ai in visiting the company's office place and explained the function of the office space division. At the symposium, Executive Vice President Ms. Chen Xiaoxia introduced the development, business types and future planning of Cheung Kei Group.

She said that Cheung Kei Group mainly focuses on mergers and acquisitions of and makes investment in high-quality enterprises in the capital market and high-quality business properties in China's core cities including Hong Kong. This year, the Group will continue to deepen the drive model of "investment + operation" to increase investment in Hong Kong and foreign countries. It will also invest in the education industry and strengthen equity investment in high quality companies.

During the visiting, Executive Vice President Ms. Chen Xiaoxia and Chen Shu'ai had a lively discussion on Nanshan's economic and social development. Ms. Chen Xiaoxia said, Nanshan District attracted a large number of visitors from all over China and it assumes the responsibility to lead innovation and should also pay more attention to the protection of intellectual property rights. If the enterprise does not pay attention to the intellectual property protection after it creates a product, soon the product will be copied by others and it will cause huge loss to the enterprise.
