Cheung Kei Group 2016 annual work report was held successfully

On January 6, 2017, Cheung Kei Group 2016 annual work report was held in the Multimedia Conference Room at the 10th floor of Cheung Kei Investment Building. A total of 16 people attended the meeting including Chairman of the Board of Cheung Kei Group Dr.  Chen Hongtian, Vice President Chen Pengyu, Vice President Ms. Chen Xiaoxia, Director and Deputy Director of various centers of the Group, subordinate companies and department heads.

Annual work report

The meeting was chaired by Zhou Yang, Deputy Director of the Center for Human Resources Administration. At the meeting, Chairman Dr. Chen Hongtian made an important statement on the work carried out by the Group in 2016, commented on the work of each of its subsidiaries in 2016, fully affirmed its achievements, asked for deficiencies in management, made important directives on the work plan and priorities of the Group in 2017, and expressed his earning expectations.

Chairman Dr. Chen Hongtian said that in 2016, the Group had invested in a number of major operational property projects in Hong Kong and Shanghai, which had been growing in value and performance. In the short-term planning, the company is still based in Shenzhen and move steadily forward. It will make over RMb10 billions of investments in operating properties in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, China’s other core cities, as well as Europe, Southeast Asia and other regions. In the field of capital market investment, the Group also plans to invest in more than 10 listed or quasi-listed companies this year, and the future investment in this area will be more than RMB10 billions.

Chairman Dr. Chen Hongtian delivers an important speech

Chairman Dr. Chen Hongtian believes that, in the past year, many employees were diligent and hard-working and made contributions to the company's development. In the company's high-speed development period, its internal standardized management needs to be strengthened and the current key point is the introduction of talent and training. He hopes all staff can establish a high sense of responsibility, improve their professional skills and execution. At the same time, the company will also create more opportunities for employees to share the company's development dividend.

At the meeting, the following people made work report respectively: General Manager of the property company Yang Qiuxia, Manager of Engineering Management Center and Zhuhai Company Yuan Shenghua, Manager of Cost Management Center Liu Yanbo, Director of Design Management Center Li Wenjie, Deputy Director of Planning Development Center He Yubin, Deputy Director of Business Management Center and Marketing Center Peng Fujiang, Deputy Manager of Investment Development Center Tong Xiaomin, Deputy Director of the Legal Center He Yang, Deputy Director of the Brand Center Wei Zhongchao, Deputy Director of Human Resources Administration Center Zhou Yang, Assistant to President of the Chairman Office Zhong Weiqin, Manager of the Fund Management Center Zhang Jingfeng and Deputy Director of Financial Management Center Xiong Zhiyong. In their work report, they summed up the focus, business objectives and completion of their respective centers in 2016, and analyzed the completion of the work, identified deficiencies and proposed improvement measures. In addition, the work plans and objectives of the respective centers for 2017 were discussed.

After listening to work reports made by heads of the centers or subordinate companies, Vice President Ms. Chen Xiaoxia firstly congratulated the success of the work report meeting. She summarized the work of each center in 2016, commended the achievements made, made comments on deficiencies and made specific requests for the work of each center in 2017. Vice President Ms. Chen Xiaoxia said, she hoped all staff work hard in the new year to complete each task well and work together to make the brand of the Group bigger and stronger.

Subsequently, Vice President Chen Pengyu addressed in the work report meeting, supplemented on work in 2016 and put forward some new requirements.
