On December 21, 2017, Dr. Chen Hongtian (a CPPCC member, Hong Kong Justice of the Peace and Chairman of Cheung Kei Group) had talks with a delegationheaded by Yuan Renguo (Chairman of Kweichow Moutai Group and Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd.) at the Harmony Building. The two sides conducted friendly exchanges and some Shenzhen-Hong Kong entrepreneurs were also present.

Since May of this year, Chairman Dr. Chen Hongtian and other Shenzhen-Hong Kong entrepreneurs have conducted friendly visits to and exchanges with Kweichow Moutai Group. Cheung Kei Group and other Shenzhen-Hong Kong enterprises reached a cooperation agreement with Kweichow Moutai Group on making exclusive products especially for Shenzhen-Hong Kong entrepreneurs so as to deeply integrate the quality of China's national liquor with the brand "Shen Shang Jiu" registered by Shenzhen-Hong Kong entrepreneurs. The two sides agreed to establish a communication mechanism to carry out one or two exchange activities every year so as to jointly promote the culture of the national liquor Moutai.

Recently, the Shen Shang Jiu Operation Center was officially launched. Shen Shang Liquor Co., Ltd., jointly invested by renowned Shenzhen enterprises, such as Cheung Kei Group, Neptunus Group, Excellence Group, Parkland Group, Zhongzhou Group, Heung Kong Group and Horoy Group, cooperates with Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd. As a kind of high-end exclusive liquor specially brewed by Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd., the Sheng Shang Jiu will end the history of no classic high-end brand-name liquor in Shenzhen's liquor market.
