In 2017, Cheung Kei Group completed the acquisition of 5 Churchill Place in the City of London. Situated in the new financial center at Canary Wharf, 5 Churchill Place is prominent in the City of London's skyline. It is surrounded by a wide transport network and has excellent views of the Thames. The prestigious, 12-storey building features modern offices with a total construction area of about 40,000 square meters. It was granted the Outstanding Design Award by the United Kingdom's Building Research Establishment (BRE).

The current tenant is JP Morgan Chase & Co. a leading global financial services provider and a constituent of the Dow Jones Industrial Average. The annual rental rate return of the building is about 5.3%. The future rental income is expected to be stable with an annual rental income of about 200 million HKD.
