In July 2017, Cheung Kei Group acquired 20 Canada Square, a landmark in the city of London.

20 Canada Square is situated in the financial heart of Canary Wharf. This 12-storey building occupies a total construction area of about 70,000 square meters. Transportation is very convenient due to its proximity to the River Thames. The headquarters and branches of commercial powerhouses such as HSBC, JP Morgan, Citibank, Barclaysand Credit Suisse are all in the vicinity and many experienced professionals work there.

The building's current tenants include the Fortune Global 500 companies British Petroleum Company and Standard & Poor's, the latter being an authoritative financial ratings agency. Annual rental returns from the building is as high as 5.35%. The future rental incomeis expected to be stable with an annual rental income of about 300 million HKD.
