The Cheung Kei Groups owns the Jinhu Cultural Center, a familiar landmark in the Yinhu area of Shenzhen's Luohu District. A new Cheung Kei Center will be built on the site as part of the city's urban renewal scheme.
The site is located on the city's main transportation thoroughfare, Beihuan Boulevard, in Yinhu, an area which is known for its traditional villas. Upon completion it will become a prominent building in the heart of Luohu District. The project is being built according to international Class A+ standards as a high-end business complex used for commerce, showcasing creativity and as a corporate headquarters. It will be one of the few Class A+ office buildings in the area and will become Cheung Kei Group's brand new headquarters.
